Our Beginning
In 1997, Mike Thomerson left his role as Director of Engineering at a large Indianapolis hospital to pursue his vision of providing top-quality construction and maintenance services. With just an old farm truck and a strong work ethic, he founded Management Solutions Construction Services Inc. (MSCSI) alongside his wife, Julie. Through dedication, integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship, they built MSCSI into a trusted name in the residential and commercial construction industry.
Family Legacy
Mike and Julie welcomed their three adult children into the business, ensuring that their core values—quality, honesty, and customer service—would continue for generations. Since Mike’s passing in 2024, Julie and their children have successfully taken over the company, honoring his legacy by maintaining the highest standards of excellence in every project.
