On your behalf, we serve as your representative in the role of Construction Manager and/or Supervisor. MSCSI will collaborate closely with the Owner/Client to determine exactly what the owner is desirous of in their project.
We will coordinate all subcontractors to provide the most cost effective, efficient, and high-quality results that are within your project’s budget and time constraints. We handle the scrutiny of bids submitted by qualified subcontractors. Acting as your agent (project management / construction management), we manage workflow, subcontractor insurance and federal/state specifications while always representing your best interests.
Quick Reference
Most Owners/Clients are unable to be on the jobsite on a daily basis. Our Project Manager will serve as the owner’s eyes and ears and provide a full report on an agreed-upon schedule.
Planning
During this phase, many questions will be answered - Is it possible to build what you want, the way you want it, in the location you want, and with your budget? How exactly will the completed project look? What problems are likely to come up?
Our project management team will answer all your questions and help you dissolve any concerns.
Project Execution
During the construction phase, our Project Management team will handle or delegate many of the daily disturbances of construction. Some examples include renting equipment, filing permits, notifying everyone on the jobsite of changes to the plan or schedule, and inspections. Having our Project Manager on site will provide you, the client with peace of mind.
Completion
Our Project Management team stays on the project until all parts of the job are completed. Including, but not limited to filing paperwork, cleaning up, returning rented equipment and making sure you, the client understands how to use any new equipment.
Future
If you, the building owner/client decides to expand or make changes to the building in the future, our Project Management team will have a deep knowledge of the space and will be able to provide similar services with less interruptions.
